Actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s untimely and tragic death by suicide has not only left the nation in shock but has also sparked a new debate against the nepotism and the insiderVsoutider in the Bollywood industry.
Several star kids, including Alia Bhatt, Sonam Kapoor along with director Karan Johan and superstar Salman Khan, are at the receiving end with fans even calling out for their film’s boycott!
Meanwhile, the late actor’s US based brother-in-law, Vishal Kirti who is husband of Sushant’s sister Shweta Singh Kirti has launched a fight against nepotism in Bollywood.
A Twitter account by Vishal Kirti’s name, shared an update to inform about a website or an app named Nepometer, which he said will be launched soon.
Kirti, said that Nepometer will provide ratings to Bollywood films, based on the extent of nepotism or independent crew it has.
“Fight Bollywood Nepotism with Information. We will provide rating for movies based on how nepotistic or independent movie crew is. If the #nepometer is high, then it’s time to #boycottbollywoodnepotism #fightnepotism,” reads the caption.
